Verify a technician by following these simple steps (Total Duration: 6 minutes).

- Save this number for future support requests
Step 2 (3 minutes)
- You will receive a 6-digit code via text
- Do NOT provide this code to the technician
- Require that the technician repeat this code to you to verify their identity
