Verify a technician by following these simple steps (Total Duration: 6 minutes). *Please note an active ticket is required and can be created upon request.

  • Save this number for future support requests

Step 2 (3 minutes)

• You will receive a 6-digit code via text
  • Do NOT provide this code to the technician
  • Require that the technician repeat this code to you to verify their identity
