As a provider of Medicare-certified home health and hospice services, any disruption could jeopardize patient care. ADVANCED was at our office first thing that morning, working quickly to triage the issue, restore impacted devices, and safeguard our operations. Their swift and skilled response ensured there was no interruption in the care we provide, something we are deeply grateful for.
